By creating an account or using My Vocabulary Space ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by EVOLAMA LIMITED, a company registered in Ireland (CRO: 799903), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EVOLAMA LIMITED regarding your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. Service Description

My Vocabulary Space provides:

• A personal vocabulary management system
• AI-powered translation and content generation
• Interactive language learning games and exercises
• Progress tracking and learning analytics
• Data export functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations for each plan are described on our Pricing page.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• All prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Prices are inclusive of VAT for EU customers

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

5.4 Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer rights:

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
• Pro-rata Refunds: If you cancel during an active subscription period, we may provide a pro-rata refund at our discretion
• Exceptions: Refunds may not be available if you have substantially used the Service

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You retain ownership of all vocabulary, notes, and other content you create ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content to you
• Process your content through AI services to provide features
• Create backups for data protection purposes

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains malware or malicious code

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, though we have no obligation to monitor content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

• Use the AI features to generate harmful or illegal content
• Abuse the AI generation quotas or attempt to circumvent limits

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by My Vocabulary Space and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8.2 Trademarks

"My Vocabulary Space" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our written consent.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

9. AI-Generated Content

9.1 AI Services

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate translations, definitions, examples, and other content. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate
• You should verify important information independently
• AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy

9.2 Usage Limits

AI features have usage limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary restrictions.

9.3 Data Processing

When using AI features, your vocabulary words are sent to our AI provider for processing. This is necessary to provide the Service and is covered in our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may export your data before termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
